- Proven expertise in managing modern, large-scale broadacre cropping operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams and contractors.
- Proficiency in using agricultural management systems (e.g., AgWorld), interpreting agronomic advice, and managing budgets.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating and maintaining advanced farm machinery.
- A passion for sustainable agriculture and a willingness to embrace innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of Farm OH&S with a commitment to fostering a safe and productive workplace.
- A willingness to be active with the local community.
